Open procedure above the EU threshold, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, divided into a single lot, for the awarding of services for the reporting of musical works and phonographic supports used in programs broadcast by Rai.

The overall value of the contract was indicated in Euro 2.495,386,00, I.V.A. excluded, for the period of 48 months, thus subdivided: or euro 1.963.195,00 net of I.V.A for the base period of 36 months, thus divided: : euro 1.402.430,00 net of I.V.A. which amount, to be lowered, for the continuous services “a canone” and inclusive of € 20,000 for the start of the activities; ; euro 560.765,00 net of I.V.A. which total amount not to be reduced, for specialized services "on request";

or euro 532.191,00 net of I.V.A for the optional period of 12 months, thus distributed: . 460.810,00 net of I.V.A. to be reduced, in case of exercise of the option of extension referred to in Article 120 paragraph 10 of the Code for a further year, concerning the continuous services "a canone"; ; euro 71,381,00 net of I.V.A. which total amount not to be reduced, for specialist services “on request”.

The total amount for specialist services “on request” represents a maximum non-binding roof of expenditure for Rai, up to competition of which contractual services can be activated exclusively on the basis of actual business needs and after specific request of RAI. The relative economic valorisation of the individual specialist services "on request" will be applied the single discount offered at the unit prices indicated in the unit price table "low", inserted in the documentation of the contest.
