Απαιτείται εγγυητική επιστολή συμμετοχής το ποσό της οποίας θα πρέπει να καλύπτει σε ευρώ (€), ποσοστό δύο τοις εκατό (2%) της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης (μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ), δηλαδή ποσού δεκαέξι χιλιάδων οκτακοσίων είκοσι έξι ευρώ (16.826,00€), η οποία πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει κατ’ ελάχιστον τα στοιχεία του άρθρου 72 του ν. 4412/2016, ως ισχύει και συντάσσεται σύμφωνα με σχετικό υπόδειγμα του πλήρους τεύχους της διακήρυξης.
