PDMS - Patient Data Management System including Anesthesia Planning / Documentation System

- At least 1 realized or in confirmed implementation reference hospital in the years 2023 - 2026 with the PDMS software in production operation, which the applicant wants to offer, in facilities with an integration / HL7 or FHIR interface (minimum content from the point of view of the PDMS patient data in, findings/report data out, performance data / therapies out, ventilation times out, call CIS for performance requirements (or integrative with CIS)) to the hospital information system Medico or comparable hospital information system in Germany.

The software name and reference with address, contact person and telephone number shall be provided. - At least 3 realized or in confirmed implementation reference hospitals in Germany in the years 2023-2026 with the PDMS / anesthesia software in production operation, which the applicant wants to offer, in facilities > 800 beds; the software name and reference with address, contact person and telephone number shall be provided. - At least 1 reference installation in production operation in Germany in the years 2023 - 2026 with the product in Germany that the provider intends to offer; the software name and reference with address, contact person and telephone number shall be provided. In accordance with the attached eligibility criteria, an increased number of references met leads to a better evaluation.

Number of employees in the area of PDMS / anesthesia (development, support, sales, project management, etc.) in Germany >20, specifying the number. According to the attached participation criteria, an increased number of employees in this area leads to a better evaluation.

Sales in the PDMS segment in the years last 3 closed financial years 2023-2025 in million Euro in Germany at least EUR 2 million p.a. (with turnover in the respective year) According to the attached participation criteria, a higher turnover leads to a better evaluation.

- The offered PDMS / AN solution, which the provider intends to offer, is certified as a medical device - Uniform database for all areas of the PDMS / AN solution - Application software and support as well as project implementation incl. Documentation in German as well as support from Germany - self-declaration that companies have "application software and source codes" for making any necessary changes

Information on the undertaking, registered office, subject matter, legal form, year of birth; Proof of registration in the professional or commercial register of the registered office or domicile in accordance with the legislation of the Member State in which the offeror is established (extract from the commercial register or comparable)

Current proof of liability insurance or equivalent security i.e. at least the project price expected from the perspective of the provider or Declaration to close the contract
