  The contract shall be awarded on the most economical tender referred to in point 5 of the Conditions of Procedure. The price goes with 60 percent, the performance with 40 percent in the rating. The prize within the meaning of point 5 of the Procedural Conditions is the net prize. It consists of the offer sum of the separate price sheet and the calculated energy costs (sheet price sheet of this folder, cell F36). The offer with the lowest prize receives 100 prize points, a fictitious offer with the double lowest prize 0 prize points. In between, it interpolates linearly: price points = 100 × (2 − valuation price of the offer / lowest valuation price). More expensive offers get 0 price points. Valued Power Points = Achieved Power Points / Maximum Achieved Power Points (1.208) × 100. A conversion to the offer with the highest number of points will not take place. Minimum scores are not fixed. Price points, scored performance points and total points are rounded commercially to two decimal places. If the total number of points is the same, the lot decides. Items 15 to 17 of the separate price sheet shall be entered in the value price with the full calculating call-up volume, and items 18, 21 and 22 with the specified calculating quantity. In addition, the value-added price shall include the estimated energy costs over seven years based on the reference services referred to in Chapter 10 of the specifications.
