What the buyer wants

The subject of the contract is the provision of services and systems for the sale, reservation and subsequent check-in of visitors to the Prague Quadriennale 2027 ("PQ ') event by outsourcing. The rented solution will include the software and hardware components needed for the sale of products (i.e. tickets to workwhop (also referred to as" tickets "), accreditation, merchandise products and gastro - refreshments) offered under the PQ event before and during the event.

The solution will also include the inspection of the inputs and traffic records in individual locations of the event. Accreditation and ticket payments will be processed through the supplier's payment solution and prepared payment gates. For all sales (i.e. for ticket sales, accreditation, merchandise of products and gastro offer) the system will ensure registration and reporting of sales data.

    Podané nabídky budou v souladu s ustanovením § 114 zákona hodnoceny dle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti, a to dle nejnižší nabídkové ceny. Hodnocena bude celková nabídková cena v Kč bez DPH uvedená účastníkem ve vyplněné příloze č. 5 – Formulář pro zpracování nabídkové ceny. Nejvýhodnější nabídkou je nabídka s nejnižší celkovou nabídkovou cenou v Kč bez DPH ze všech podaných nabídek. Celková nabídková cena musí obsahovat veškeré náklady nutné k realizaci předmětu zakázky ve stanoveném rozsahu. Způsob stanovení nabídkové ceny je uveden v čl. 7.2. zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel upozorňuje účastníky, aby věnovali zvláštní pozornost tomu, aby cena uvedená v jiných částech nabídky odpovídala ceně uvedené ve vyplněné příloze č. 5 – Formulář pro zpracování nabídkové ceny (k zaokrouhlení haléřů se nepřihlíží).
