The scope of services includes in particular: 1. provision of the specialist software including all necessary rights of use 2. implementation of the fine concept 3. configuration and necessary customizing 4. Technical implementation 5. Establishment of the required interfaces 6. Support for the initial establishment of the organizational, reference and configuration data 7. Implementation and support of the required tests 8. Training of users and administrative roles 9. Production and follow-up 10. Maintenance, maintenance, support and further development 11. Provision and operation of the specialist software according to one of the approved operating models The following operating models are approved for the provision and operation of the specialist software: Operation of the specialist software in the infrastructure or in the data center of the IT network Landsberg am Lech KU as an on-premises solution Operation of the specialist software by the contractor or a subcontractor used by him as a software-as-a-service or cloud solution. The bidder must offer and price at least one of the two approved operating models in full. The offer of only one operating model is sufficient and does not lead to the exclusion of the offer.
