Proof of company liability (with the offer; by means of third-party declaration): Proof of an existing, currently valid company liability insurance. The total amount of liability coverage should be at least EUR 1 million for personal/property damage per year of insurance. If this is not the case, the bidder must provide a self-declaration that in the case of an order he is willing to conclude a corresponding insurance immediately and before the award of the contract and to provide proof of a corresponding conclusion in the case of an order on request of the client within 5 calendar days. This self-declaration can be made informally and must be attached to the offer. It must also be accompanied by the declaration of an insurer (in uncertified copy) that he is ready to conclude a corresponding insurance with the bidder. The insurance should include the additional component "product liability insurance". The insurance is to be held for the entire term of the contract. Corresponding evidence shall be provided at the request of the contracting entity.
