Procurement of used Microsoft licenses

Suitability is met if:

• the bidder has completed and signed the self-declaration on grounds for exclusion (Annex C-08) provided by Magdeburg University Hospital. This declaration must be submitted by both the main contractor and members of the candidate consortium!
• the bidder has completed and signed the candidate declaration (Annex C-03) provided by Magdeburg University Hospital or alternatively provides proof of prequalification (entry in AVPQ). This declaration must be submitted by both the main contractor and members of the candidate consortium!
• the bidder, if a candidate/bidding consortium has been formed, has completed and signed the annex for bidding consortia (Annex B-10) provided by Magdeburg University Hospital. This annex must be signed by each member of the candidate/bidding consortium. In addition, the completed annexes from No. C-01 to C-08 must be submitted signed and completed by each member of the candidate/bidding consortium.
• the bidder has fully signed and submitted the self-declaration Annex C-04 on Russia sanctions.
• the bidder provides a current copy (not older than 6 months) of an extract from the professional or trade register.
• the bidder has fully completed and specified in Annex B-09 three references concerning the service described in the specifications, in the current and the past three years, stating the contract value where a comparable annual turnover (net) was generated, with the following minimum requirements:
  1. Name of the reference,
  2. Contact details of the contact person (name, telephone number, and email address),
  4. Contract was performed no more than 3 years prior to the publication of this notice. Pursuant to Section 47 VgV, the bidder may rely on the economic and financial as well as technical and professional capacities of other entities. The bidder shall prove by means of the commitment declaration that the resources necessary for the specific contract will actually be available to it.
• the bidder provides proof of certification according to ISO 9001 "Quality Management System" or comparable certifications. Corresponding proof must be attached to the tender as an annex. Pursuant to Section 47 VgV, the bidder may rely on the economic and financial as well as technical and professional capacities of other entities. The bidder shall prove by means of the commitment declaration that the resources necessary for the specific contract will actually be available to it.
• the bidder designates a qualified specialist consultant by name.
• the bidder has submitted a total turnover of the company or corporate group in the area of activity covered by the contract in the last three completed financial years (at the time of this contract notice) for contracts in the EU, with the following minimum requirement:
• at least EUR (total sum of the last three completed financial years). Pursuant to Section 47 VgV, the bidder may rely on the economic and financial as well as technical and professional capacities of other entities. The bidder shall prove by means of the commitment declaration that the resources necessary for the specific contract will actually be available to it.
