Name of employees and copies of valid manufacturer certificates: at least two employees “Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin” or “Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect”; at least one employee “Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin”; at least one employee “Splunk SOAR Certified Automation Developer” – each or equivalent. Equivalence shall be demonstrated by the tenderer. Employees must be fluent in German.
Proof of a company or professional liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least 5,000,000 EUR per claim for personal, property and property damage (confirmation of the insurer, not older than 12 months) or declaration by an insurer to conclude a corresponding insurance in the case of an order.
At least two references from the last three years about comparable services (Splunk Enterprise with ES and/or SOAR, 24 x 7 support).
Copy of a valid certificate according to ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO 27001 based on IT basic protection including scope – or equivalent.
Current manufacturer’s certificate (Splunk), not older than 6 months, of eligibility for distribution and renewal of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Enterprise Security and Splunk SOAR and indication of partner status.
