What the buyer wants

1. The subject of the contract is the connection, technical launch, reception and 24-month delivery of Internet access services and aggregated data transmission services for GIÓŚ location; 2. The description of the object of the contract and how it is implemented, including the Border Parameters, includes Annex No 8 to the SWZ – “Description of the object of the order” and “Assortment-Price Form” – Annex No 10 to the SWZ, respectively for each part of the order. 3. This description should be read together with changes in the content of the WWZ, which are the result of e.g. the responses given to requests from contractors. 4. Where the Contractor offers solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act Pzp is obliged to submit the relevant evidence as described in Article 104-107 of the Pzp Act and in Chapter XI of the WWZ and the Description of the Procurement Subject-matter of Annex 8 to the WWZ.
