Providing the necessary IT equipment to the project team within the project "Extension, modernization and endowment of the Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital Ambulatory, Stage 1" - 2 lots

Economic operators submitting a bid must prove a form of registration under the law of their country of residence, showing that the economic operator is legally established, is not in any of the situations of annulment of establishment, and has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the public procurement contract. The requirement also applies to subcontractors and/or supporting third parties who complete the information regarding their situation in a separate ESPD. Means of fulfillment: The ESPD shall be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 193, para. (6) of Law No. 98/2016. Economic operators will complete Part IV of the ESPD by selecting YES or NO, with the option "α: Global indication for all selection criteria" activated. The supporting document proving the fulfillment of the commitments undertaken by completing the ESPD, namely the Certificate of Status issued by the Trade Register Office, shall be submitted at the request of the contracting authority only by the tenderer ranked first in the ranking drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of bids. Note 1: - in the case of a joint bid, each member of the consortium must submit the necessary documents to prove that it is authorized to carry out its part of the contract; - the requirement also applies to subcontractors and/or supporting third parties who complete the information regarding their situation in a separate ESPD; - the information contained in the certificate of status must be true/current at the time of presentation. Note 2: For foreign legal entities, conclusive documents proving a form of registration in accordance with the legal provisions of the country where the tenderer is established, showing the information requested by the Contracting Authority, shall be submitted.
