PROVISION OF A FEEDBACK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION (CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEYS & NPS) AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES

Financial sustainability (30% weighted criteria): The candidate must provide La Poste with the fiscal links or equivalent documents (i.e. balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, annexes numbered from 2050 to 2059 included and the management reports) of the last 3 financial years available. In the case of a recent creation, the applicant must provide any other evidence of economic and financial capacity. If the candidate presents himself as a group, each member of the group shall provide all the information requested in this section.

Customer References (weighted to 30% of total score) / The candidate will present 3 customer references of less than three years for similar services in terms of functional scope, organizational complexity and number of users (solution and services associated with those of the market in which he or she is applying. In this capacity, for each customer reference, he will give a brief description of the project including:

• Role played by the candidate (publisher, reseller, integrator, other (specify which one) ),
• Country of implementation of the project,
• Duration of implementation of the project (BUILD phase)
• Contract amount,
• Dimensioning of the device in full-time equivalent during the build phase, Failing this, he provides a certificate of honour mentioning the same information, La Poste reserving the right to verify the reality with the customer.

Human means and operational capability (weighted at 30% of total score). The candidate will indicate, for the last three years, the average annual staff to which he has had access over the last three years, and will specify: For each of the categories, the candidate will specify whether he or she has the staff directly or indirectly.

Environmental Management Measures (weighted at 5%): The applicant shall indicate the environmental management measures that he or she may apply for the realization of benefits.

Environmental Management Certifications (5% Weighted Criterion): The applicant shall provide a certificate of quality issued by an accredited independent body certifying compliance with the following environmental management systems or standards:

• European Union Environmental Management and Audit System (EMAS);
• or any other environmental management system recognised in accordance with Article 45 of Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009;
• or any other environmental management standards based on European or international environmental standards developed by accredited bodies.
