Provision of administration, maintenance and development of information systems Office of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services, which include the comprehensive takeover, administration, maintenance, support, operational provision, and further development of the information systems of the Head Office of the Czech Academy of Sciences (KIS), including related analytical, consulting, development, testing, implementation, security, documentation, and coordination activities. Furthermore, it includes ensuring the operational continuity of KIS, resolving incidents and requests of the Contracting Authority, implementing necessary changes and optimizations, ensuring the operational and security stability of the system, managing technological dependencies, release/change management, database migrations, updating operational documentation, and providing cooperation during the takeover and potential termination of service provision (exit).
