Support and development of APV for insurance benefits - 2026 +

This contract is intended to provide support for the operation and development of application software for insurance benefits (hereinafter referred to as the System). In particular, the following services are the subject of the performance of the contract: - the takeover services of the System - including, inter alia, the preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and the implementation of the monitoring on the basis of the takeover plan drawn up by the supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Services'); - operating support services for the System - including monitoring of the System, providing management and maintenance of the System, supporting its users and providing support for the operation of the System (hereinafter referred to as" Traffic Support Services "); - the development services of the System as required by the contracting authority and in the conduct of training for key users, methodologies, administrators and end-users of the System (hereinafter referred to as" Development "); - the services of expert support for the operation of the System - in particular the provision of reconfigurations and parametres of the System, the conduct of separate analyses relating to the System and the adaptation of the System without the need to intervene in the source code (hereinafter referred to as" expert support services "); and - the services of termination of the Treaty (hereinafter referred to as" exit services "). (Recruitment services, Traffic Support Services, Development Services, Expert Support Services and Exitus Services, hereinafter jointly referred to as" Services'). The services must be carried out in accordance with the standards of information and communication technology of the contracting entity listed in Annex B6 to the Treaty and the current version of which is provided by the contracting entity for the purposes of submitting the tender as Annex G (i.e. the standards of the contracting entity as currently amended). The detailed specifications of the Services and the outputs and activities carried out therein, including how they are implemented and the relevant conditions, are set out in Annex B - Binding model of the Treaty ("the Treaty 'or" Binding model of the Treaty') and its Annexes.
