   1. The subject of the contract is the provision of mobile telephone services at home and abroad, together with the recording function for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the performance of the subject matter of the contract, payments, etc. are set out in the Designed Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter ‘PPU’), which constitute Annex No 2 to the SWZ and Description of the Subject matter of the contract (hereinafter ‘OPZ’), which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes the basic order and the contract covered by the legal option. 2.1 The basic order includes: 1) the provision of voice communications services (outbound and incoming calls, international and roaming), textual (SMS), multimedia (MMS) with data transmission and number transfer; 2) the creation, launch and management of the Calling Corporate Group; 3) the provision of mobile Internet access services; 4) the delivery of SIM cards (USIM); 5) the implementation and delivery of call recording services, including the provision of service support for this solution. 2.2 Optional procurement includes: 1) the delivery and activation of new SIM cards for voice communications services including data transmission; 2) the delivery and activation of new SIM cards for mobile Internet access services; 3) the provision of additional services, in accordance with the Price Form or Pricelist, subject to the ... % discount offered by the Contractor in the complex Offer; 4) the increase in storage capacity for the provision of call recording services; 5) the increase in the number of SIM cards for which the recording service is provided. The Contracting Authority shall have the right to order the Contractor of contracts covered by the right of Option throughout the duration of the Agreement. The exercise of the option's right in whole or in part is reserved to the Ordering Authority's exclusive decision. The Contracting Authority's failure to use the Option shall not give rise to any claims on the Contractor's side.

   1. Przedmiotem zamówienia świadczenie usług telefonii komórkowej w kraju i za granicą wraz z funkcją nagrywania dla Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, wykaz zadań, terminów oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, płatności, etc. określone zostały w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (dalej: „PPU”), które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: „OPZ”), który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje zamówienie podstawowe oraz zamówienie objęte prawem opcji. 2.1 Zamówienie podstawowe obejmuje: 1) świadczenie usług łączności głosowej (połączenia wychodzące i przychodzące krajowe, międzynarodowe i roamingowe), tekstowej (SMS), multimedialnej (MMS) wraz z transmisją danych oraz przeniesieniem numerów; 2) wytworzenie, uruchomienie i zarządzanie telefoniczną Grupą Korporacyjną Zamawiającego; 3) świadczenie usług mobilnego dostępu do sieci Internet; 4) dostawa kart SIM (USIM); 5) wdrożenie oraz świadczenie usług nagrywania rozmów, w tym świadczenie wsparcia serwisowego dla tego rozwiązania. 2.2 Zamówienia opcjonalne obejmuje: 1) dostawy i aktywacji nowych kart SIM do świadczenia usług łączności głosowej wraz z transmisją danych; 2) dostawy i aktywacji nowych kart SIM do świadczenia usług mobilnego dostępu do sieci Internet; 3) realizacji dodatkowych usług, zgodnie z Formularzem cenowym albo Cennikiem, z zastrzeżeniem uwzględnienia … % rabatu zaoferowanego przez Wykonawcę w złożonej Ofercie; 4) zwiększenia pojemności przestrzeni dyskowej na potrzeby świadczenia usługi nagrywania rozmów; 5) zwiększenia liczby kart SIM w stosunku do których świadczona jest usługa nagrywania. Zamawiający ma prawo zlecenia Wykonawcy zamówień objętych prawem Opcji w całym okresie obowiązywania Umowy. Skorzystanie z prawa Opcji w całości lub w części, jest zastrzeżone do wyłącznej decyzji Zamawiającego. Nieskorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z Opcji nie rodzi po stronie Wykonawcy jakichkolwiek roszczeń.
