What the buyer wants
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to: - the provision of software in the fields of IT, enterprise management and office automation (either in perpetual acquisition mode, combined with annual or multi-annual maintenance and support, or in the form of annual or multi-annual subscriptions (including maintenance); - maintenance of software already acquired on a perpetual basis; - the provision of facilities or training relating to acquired or maintained software; - the monitoring of orders, deliveries, licensing documents, the CEA software stock, the management of renewals and the processing of complaints and incidents, all centralized via a web portal; - the creation and updating of electronic catalogues, enabling orders to be placed via the ECA INTERNAL tool; - technical advice and technical-commercial intelligence.
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les prestations suivantes : - la fourniture de logiciels dans le domaine des métiers de l'informatique, de la gestion d'entreprise et de la bureautique (soit en mode acquisition perpétuelle, associée à une maintenance et support annuels ou pluriannuels, soit sous forme de souscription annuelle ou pluriannuelle (incluant la maintenance) ; - la maintenance de logiciels déjà acquis à titre perpétuel ; - les prestations d'installations ou de formations relatives aux logiciels acquis ou maintenus ; - le suivi des commandes, des livraisons, des justificatifs de licences, du parc de logiciels du CEA, la gestion des renouvellements et le traitement des réclamations et incidents, le tout centralisé via un portail web ; - la constitution et l'actualisation de catalogues électroniques, permettant la passation de commandes via l'outil INTERNE du CEA ; - le conseil technique et la veille technico-commerciale. L'accord-cadre est mono attribué, et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande et des marchés subséquents tel que prévu à l'accord-cadre. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage de l'accord-cadre est le 1er avril 2027. Cet accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans fermes.
