Repeated procurement procedure for the cancelled procurement procedure Z2026-043927. Service Desk services, terminal station support services, other equipment and small HW support services and LAN support services are the subject of this contract. In addition, Time & Material services and assistance services provided under the service termination plan are the subject of performance. The individual sub-performance of this contract is therefore:

  1. Service Desk: the provision of a Single Point of Contact (Single Point) Service Desk and communication channels for both service users and contracting entities;
  2. Support for terminal stations: the purpose of the services is to provide support for technical equipment (HW) and software (SW) for terminal stations;
  3. Support for other devices and small HW: the subject of the supply are flat-rate and on-demand services related to one of the devices of the type: mobile terminal equipment, modem, IP telephone, small HW, local or network printer, multifunctional equipment, plotter;
  4. LAN support: the subject of the filling is the padding of the cabling, maintaining the current documentation relating to cabling, sockets and patch panels; e) Time & Material services: the subject is the use of specialist services in predefined roles based on individual orders.
