Provision of software support for SAP licenses and services for operational support, maintenance, technical support, and development of the SAP ERP system.

[CDATA[A candidate must demonstrate financial and economic position by submitting the following documents: 1) According to § 33 (1) (a) (d) GPP shall be demonstrated by presenting an overview of the total turnover during the last three marketing years for which it is available, depending on the establishment or start-up. Minimum required level: The applicant shall demonstrate that in the last three marketing years for which they are available depending on the start-up or start-up of the business, the total turnover has reached a total of at least EUR 3 000 000, VAT excluded (or equivalent in another currency). Method of demonstration:

1. The applicant shall demonstrate the total turnover achieved by a declaration signed by the tenderer, its statutory body or a member of the statutory body or by another person authorised to act as tenderer, stating the total turnover achieved in EUR separately for each marketing year for which the turnover is shown.
2. The applicant shall submit, together with the self-declaration referred to in point 1, as a document showing the declared turnover, the accounts (statement of profit and loss or statement of income and expenditure) for the marketing years concerned, or their equivalent, issued under the law of the country of establishment, place of business or habitual residence of the tenderer.The accounts shall not be required to be submitted by a tenderer whose accounts for the relevant marketing years are stored in the public part of the Register of Financial Statements (www.registeruz.sk) or in a similar publicly and free of charge register kept under the law of the country of the seat, place of business or habitual residence of the tenderer; in such a case, the tenderer shall, in the declaration of honour referred to in point 1, indicate the link to the relevant register through which the procuring organisation can verify the declared turnover.
3. Net turnover within the meaning of § 2 (15) of Act No 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, as amended, or equivalent, according to the law of the country of residence, place of business or habitual residence of the applicant. For the conversion of turnover expressed in a currency other than EUR, the rate of the European Central Bank in force on the last day of the marketing year in question for which the turnover is shown shall be used; the tenderer shall indicate in a solemn declaration the turnover in the original currency, the conversion into euro and the rate used.
4. Documents drawn up in a language other than the Slovak language shall be submitted together with their official translation into the Slovak language in accordance with Article 20 (2) of the GPP; this shall not apply to documents drawn up in the Czech language. If a difference is found in the content of the document and its official translation, the official translation into the Slovak language is crucial.The obligation of official translation shall also apply to documents available in the foreign register referred to in point 2 if they are not available in that register in the Slovak or Czech language; in that case the applicant shall submit the document from the register together with its official translation. ]]>

<![CDATA[In the tender, the tenderer shall submit the following documents demonstrating their technical or professional capacity in the public procurement:

1. Pursuant to Section 34(1)(a) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), a list of services provided over the previous three years prior to the announcement of the procurement procedure, stating prices, delivery deadlines, and clients.Evidence shall be in the form of a reference, provided that the client was a contracting authority or contracting entity under the PPA and the delivery was carried out for a utility company (energy, water, district heating, distribution company, network water management infrastructure operator) in the Slovak Republic or EU Member States.Minimum required level of standards: The tenderer shall demonstrate by means of the list of services provided that over the previous three years prior to the announcement of the public procurement, they provided services of the same or similar nature to the subject matter of the contract in an aggregate volume of at least EUR 2,500,000.00 excluding VAT.Services of the same or similar nature to the subject matter of the contract shall be considered the types of performance listed below, whereby the tenderer must demonstrate their fulfillment cumulatively. Individual types of performance may be demonstrated by one or more separate contracts carried out for one or more clients:
   • implementation or significant extension of the SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA information system for at least 200 users,
   • support and maintenance of the SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA information system (SLA support and SAP license support at the 1st and 2nd level support tiers) for at least 200 users,
   • delivery of SAP cloud services,
   • implementation of a CRM system and customer experience solutions on the SAP application platform, integrated with the SAP information system,
   • implementation of integration with GIS or support and maintenance of an integrated SAP – GIS environment,
   • implementation of integration with SCADA or support and maintenance of an integrated SAP – SCADA environment.
2. At the same time, the tenderer shall demonstrate through the list of provided services that, within the demonstrated provided services pursuant to point 1) over the previous three years prior to the announcement of the public procurement, they also executed at least one (1) contract the subject matter of which was the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA system (greenfield) or conversion of the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 system to SAP S/4HANA (brownfield), together with the implementation of SAP Fiori as a presentation layer user interface, for a client performing any of the selected activities pursuant to Section 9(3) to (4) of the PPA or an activity of a similar nature (in particular a client operating in the heat energy, electricity, gas, or water utility sector), regardless of the country in which the client operates. [CDATA[A successful tenderer shall be obliged to demonstrate to the procuring organisation that it is entitled to provide services for the implementation, support and development of CRM solutions on the application platform SAP, which forms part of the subject-matter of the contract, in the context of providing the proper synergies necessary for the conclusion of the contract pursuant to Article 56 (8) of the GPP.

This shall be demonstrated by the successful tenderer by submitting a valid certificate or partnership certificate in the SAP PartnerEdge partner programme with authorisation to sell or provide services for SAP Customer Experience (CRM) solutions or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer which gives rise to the entitlement to provide services forming the CRM part of the subject-matter of the contract.

Where the successful tenderer provides CRM with part of the subject-matter of the contract by a subcontractor or through another person, the document referred to in this point shall be presented by the person who will actually carry out the services. The failure to submit the document referred to in this point within the time limit specified in the call for synergies shall be deemed not to provide the proper synergy necessary for the conclusion of the contract with all the consequences under Paragraph 56 GPP.

compliance with the requirement shall be demonstrated by a professional CV specialist or equivalent document; (c) PRINCE2 Practiceer Certificate in Project Management or equivalent certificate in the area of project management (e.g. PMI PMP, IPMA level C or higher); fulfilment of the requirement by the applicant proves a copy of the certificate. ]]>

<![CDATA[Under § 35 of the Act in custody to § 34 (1) (a). (d) The GPP shall demonstrate compliance with the quality management system, information security and IT service requirements by describing the quality assurance measures used, by submitting certificates issued by independent institutions (accredited certification bodies), valid for the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. A procuring entity shall recognise as equivalent certificates issued by authorities established in other Member States of the European Union.

A procuring organisation shall also take other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures, an information security management system or an IT service management system submitted by the applicant to demonstrate that its proposed measures are equivalent to those required under the relevant standard, in particular where the applicant has not objectively been able to obtain the relevant certificate within specified time limits for reasons not attributable to it.
