Extension of technical support for RIS SED Monarch

The subject of the contract is the Contract for the provision of technical support for the continuous operation of RIS SED Monarch (HDC, ZDC, DTS) for the period from the entry into force of the contractual relationship, but from 01.01.2027 for a period of 6 months.

RIS SED Monarch is the control information system of the Slovak Power Dispatch, it represents a unique specific system of HW and SW equipment ensuring the management of electricity transmission from the electricity generation plant to the distribution network, interstate electricity transmissions and reliability of the entire electricity system of the Slovak Republic.

The subject of the Technical Support Contract is the Provider's commitment to provide the Customer with technical support related to the use of RIS SED Monarch specified in point 3.2 Contracts for the provision of technical support to RIS SED Monarch (hereinafter referred to as "Technická support') and the Customer's commitment for the proper and timely provision of technical support to pay the agreed contract price within the meaning of Article V of the RIS SED Monarch. When providing Technical Support, the Provider undertakes to carry out the following activities:

• Development and support (smaller adjustments according to the needs and requirements of end-users
• services on request);
• Prophylactic control;
• Security updates of SW (on request);
• Customer support (Hotline, Fault Recording Book, Service and Fault Protocols, Evaluation and Registration of Service Activity 1x per month);
• Golden support of Open Systems International, Inc. and Maintenance fee;
• Support for RIS SED Monarch
• Specific Modules;
• Support for 3rd. party and Cyber Security SW;
• Provision of technical support for additional facilities;
• Operational provision of repairs (on request service). A more detailed description of the provision of technical support is set out in Annex No 1 of the Technical Specification.
