Provision of the 3rd Support and Development Line of SOFTLAB ERP

1. The contractor shall comply with the condition of participation in the technical or professional capacity procedure if it is demonstrated by the performance and, in the case of interim or continuous benefits, also by the performance, not earlier than the last 3 years calculated retroactively from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, and if the duration of the activity is shorter – during that period, at least: (a) 1 service consisting of the development of the financial and accounting system for a period of at least 12 months, with a value of at least PLN 300 000,00 gross, and (b) 1 service consisting of the maintenance of the financial and accounting system for a period of at least 12 months with a value of at least PLN 250 000,00 gross, or (c) 1 service consisting of the development of the financial and accounting system for a period of at least 12 months, with a value of at least PLN 300 000,00 gross, and the maintenance of the financial and accounting system for at least 12 months with a value of at least PLN 250 000,00 gross. One service shall mean a service provided under one contract for one entity. The financial and accounting system shall mean software for at least the recording, processing and analysis of economic operations, and the automation of accounting processes, at least such as accounting, VAT clearance, invoicing, asset management and financial statements. By maintaining the financial and accounting system, the Contracting Authority understands: servicing, consulting, deleting reported errors, updating the version of the financial and accounting system. By the development of the financial and accounting system, the Contracting Authority understands: updating and developing the system to the individual needs of the Contracting Authority with the transmission of the system documentation, adapting the system to the current laws.
