Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup licencji do posiadanego oprogramowania Sandbox (FortiSandbox VM00) i Secure Mail Gateway (FortiMail VM04) wraz z gwarancją oraz zakup licencji Slotów i pakietu oprogramowania Windows 11 z Office 2024 do FortiSandbox VM00 (WIN11O24) lub rozwiązania równoważnego 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy. 3.Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.

The contractor shall comply with the condition if he demonstrates in the list of deliveries performed and, in the case of interim or continuous benefits also performed* during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he duly completed at least one contract with a value of not less than PLN 300 000 gross or two contracts with a value of not less than PLN 150 000 gross each covering the delivery of a Sandbox or SMG (Secure Messaging Gateway) class software licence with the manufacturer's technical guarantee/support. *If the contract referred to above is still executed, the value of the completed/realised part of the contract until the end of the submission of tenders may not be less than the value indicated above.
