What the buyer wants
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 8 pcs of portable computers. The equipment supplied must be brand-new (year of production 2026), unused, fault-free and free from third party rights. The equipment offered must be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee and must come from an authorised distribution channel of the manufacturer destined for the European Union. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the delivery of refurbishment, demonstration or post-exhibition equipment.
