O zamówienie mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu dotyczące zdolności technicznej i zawodowej i przedstawią odpis lub informację z Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej lub innego właściwego rejestru, jeżeli odrębne przepisy wymagają wpisu do rejestru lub ewidencji, wystawiony nie wcześniej niż 6 miesięcy przed upływem terminu składania ofert.
  2. W zakresie zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej Zamawiający określa następujące warunki: Część I – min. 2 dostawy mebli lub wyposażenia wnętrz na kwotę min. 75 tyś. zł każda. Część II – Zamawiający nie określa warunku. Część III – min. 2 dostawy profesjonalnego sprzętu kuchennego na kwotę min. 50 tyś. zł każda. Część IV – Zamawiający nie określa warunku.
  3. Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, należycie wykonał dostawę odpowiadającą warunkowi określonemu dla danej części z załączeniem dokumentu / dokumentów potwierdzającego / potwierdzających, że została wykonana należycie (referencje).
  4. Polisa lub inny dokument ubezpieczenia potwierdzający, że Wykonawca jest ubezpieczony od odpowiedzialności cywilnej w zakresie prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej. Ubezpieczenie na kwotę min. 100 tys. złotych
  5. Ocena spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu zostanie dokonana na podstawie dokumentów i oświadczeń złożonych przez Wykonawcę stanowiących załączniki oferty. Ocena będzie dokonana metodą: spełnia – nie spełnia.
