What the buyer wants
1.The subject of the order is the implementation of the task of updating the database of land and buildings records, which consists in adapting to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 27 July 2021 on land and building records (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 219 as amended), in accordance with technical conditions (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) and draft contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). 2. Subject of the contract:
- The subject matter of the contract is to draw up the documentation necessary to update the records of land and buildings in the form of, inter alia, lists of changes to the registration data for:
- Task No 1 – 137 of the parcels from the area of Ostródzki County listed in Annex No 1 to the technical conditions,
- Task No 2 – 59 of the parcels from the area of Ostródzki County listed in Annex No 2 to the technical conditions, in order to adapt the content of the database of land and buildings records to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 27 July 2021 on land and building records.
- The scope of the study includes: Task No. 1
- verification of the land and building records database for the occurrence of dual land use records (OFU, OZU or OZK) in plots not in accordance with the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 27 July 2021 on land and building records,
- updating the land and building records database for the compliance of land use records (OFU, OZU or OZK) with the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 27 July 2021 on land and building records – drawing up the documentation necessary to update land and building records in the form of, inter alia, lists of changes in the registration data, in which double use areas will be summed up in the new state.Task No 2 Update of the land and building register database to bring the area of registration parcels in line with the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 27 July 2021 on land and building records – drawing up lists of changes in the registration data in which new plots will be shown in hectares with a record of up to 0,0001 ha.

1. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu, dotyczące:
- zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym: Zamawiający nie ustalił szczegółowych warunków dotyczących występowania w obrocie gospodarczym;
- uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów: Zamawiający nie ustalił szczegółowych warunków dotyczących uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej;
- sytuacji finansowej lub ekonomicznej: Zamawiający nie ustalił szczegółowych warunków dotyczących sytuacji ekonomicznej i finansowej Wykonawcy;
- zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Warunkiem udziału w postępowaniu w zakresie zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej jest wykazanie, że: Wykonawca dysponuje osobami zdolnymi do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, tj.: osobą, której zamierza powierzyć pełnienie funkcji kierownika prac.Wskazana osoba musi posiadać uprawnienia zawodowe do wykonywania samodzielnych funkcji w dziedzinie geodezji i kartografii, o których mowa w odpowiadające im uprawnienia wydawane obywatelom państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, Konfederacji Szwajcarskiej oraz państw art. 43 pkt 1 i 2 ustawy Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne lub członkowskich Europejskiego Porozumienia o Wolnym Handlu (EFTA), z zastrzeżeniem ustawy z dnia 22 grudnia 2015 r. o zasadach uznawania kwalifikacji zawodowych nabytych w państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej (Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 166) oraz aktów wykonawczych do tej ustawy;UWAGA: W przypadku składania oferty przez Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia, warunek udziału w postępowaniu, o którym mowa w pkt 4 – musi spełnić co najmniej jeden z Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia lub łącznie ci Wykonawcy.
