Purchase and implementation of the system for electronic inventory and collection management with the design, construction and implementation of the Internet portal for presentation of collections

2.The subject matter of the contract has been divided into the following stages of operations: 1)Etap I – Pre-implementation analysis; Detailed analysis of the MONA database, ALKMENA; together with export, conversion and mapping of fields into a new structure; 2)Etap II – Preparation, installation, configuration of the test and production version of the System consisting of: (a) developing the functionality of the personalized system for the Ordering Party, (b)configuring and launching the system, (c) rating model tests and its implementation, (d) creating user accounts together with the implementation of the e-authority system implementation of document/print templates, (f) preparing and providing user environment for carrying out tests, (g)proving data improvement in source systems, (h) developing a migration plan, preparing and conducting data migration, including at least carrying out trial migration and production migration, (i) implementing the production system, (j) performing and providing documentation, (k) providing training from the System for electronic collection records, (l) installing the System on servers provided by the Ordering Party. (m)Executing performance and safety tests, introducing amendments to the System to the records resulting from the above-mentioned 3)Etap III – Design of the Portal for the Contracting Authority; 4)Etap IV Implementation of the Portal with conducting safety and performance tests, accessibility; conducting training from Portal 5)Warranty and support services
