1. The object of the order is to purchase and supply the AI computing infrastructure (a computing server with GPU accelerators). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex 1 to the Specification of the terms of the contract. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the provisions of the model contract shall specify the quality standards set by the Contracting Authority which relate to all relevant characteristics of the object of the contract, taking into account the total costs incurred by the Contracting Authority in relation to the life cycle of the object of the contract.
