In the case of contracts not concluded on the date of submission of tenders, the delivery by the Contractor must be carried out at the date of submission of tenders at a rate of not less than PLN 400 000,00 gross and its scope must cover at least the scope specified in Chapter XI92(2)(4.1) of the SWZ. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, compliance with the Contractor's conditions shall be demonstrated together.
