What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of digital forensics software. 2. The detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract / Technical Data of the Offered Software, hereinafter referred to as the "OPZ", constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Specification of Terms of the Contract (SWZ), and in the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be executed within the following timeframes: - Delivery of 2 software licenses within up to 20 days from the date of concluding the contract; - Technical support shall be provided for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of the software licenses.
