The Contractor may apply for a contract which is not excluded from the procedure and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure in terms of technical or professional capacity, i.e. performance within 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and, if the period of business is shorter, during that period: at least 2 (two) contracts involving the supply of a subscription licence with a minimum value of PLN 300 000,00 gross each.
