What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of data transmission services and voice calls on the GSM network. Basic requirements for the execution of the subject of the contract include: 1.1. Ensuring the availability of services in at least 95% of the Polish area. 1.2. Required period of activity of the services covered by the contract: 1.12.2026- 30.11.2027 1.3.In order to provide services, the contractor will provide 2 sets of SIM cards - a total of 1760 cards. The SIM cards of each set need not be identified with the same MSISDN numbers. 1.4. Sets of SIM cards must be delivered to the Statistical Information Centre The Radom plant address: Planty 39/45, 26-600 Radom, no later than 23 November 2026.The cards included in the individual sets must be separated and placed in separate boxes marked in a manner indicating the set number. 1.5. The Customer needs to adjust the range of services for each SIM card set, as follows: Set 1: 860 SIM cards for voice calls, SMS and MMS, data transfer. Voice calls and SMS – no limit, MMS – 20 messages per card, 4 GB (minimum required). Set 2: 900 SIM cards for data transfer - 4 GB (minimum required)
  2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, description of the requirements of the contracting authority in terms of execution and reception specify:
    1. description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex No 1 to the SWZ,
    2. draft provisions of the contract - Annex No 3 to the SWZ.
