WRAZ Z OFERTĄ WYKONAWCA JEST ZOBOWIĄZANY ZŁOŻYĆ:

oświadczenia, o których mowa w Rozdziale VIII pkt 1 SWZ - załącznik nr 2 i nr 3 do SWZ z zastrzeżeniem, że w przypadku posługiwania się certyfikatem wykonawcy zamówień publicznych informacje objęte certyfikatem potwierdzane są zgodnie z jego zakresem;
