Zamawiający wymaga od Wykonawców wykazania spełnienia następujących warunków udziału w postępowaniu w zakresie zdolności technicznej i zawodowej: Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże: w okresie ostatnich trzech lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, należycie wykonał lub nadal wykonuje co najmniej jedną dostawę sprzętu komputerowego obejmującą komputery przenośne (laptopy), o wartości nie mniejszej niż 400 000,00 zł brutto.
Przez jedną dostawę Zamawiający rozumie dostawę zrealizowaną w ramach jednej umowy. W przypadku umowy będącej w trakcie realizacji wykazywana może być wyłącznie umowa, której przedmiotem jest dostawa o charakterze ciągłym lub powtarzającym się. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wykazać, że do dnia składania ofert wartość zrealizowanej części umowy wynosi co najmniej 400 000,00 zł brutto.
