The Contractor shall demonstrate that during the last 5 (five) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature, each with a value of not less than PLN 120 000 gross (a hundred twenty thousand gross) separately for each delivery. The delivery of an extended manufacturer's warranty for HPE server equipment should be understood as equivalent.
The Contractor will demonstrate that during the last 5 (five) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature, each with a value of not less than PLN 170 000 gross (one hundred and seventy thousand gross) separately for each delivery. The supply of extended producer support to Fortinet solutions should be understood as similar delivery.
The Contractor will demonstrate that during the last 5 (five) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature, each with a value of not less than PLN 170 000 gross (one hundred and seventy thousand gross zlotys) separately for each delivery. The supply of extended producer support to IBM solutions should be understood as similar delivery.
The contractor will demonstrate that during the last 5 (five) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature, each with a value of not less than PLN 200,000 gross (two thousand gross zlotys) separately for each delivery. A similar delivery should be understood to mean the delivery of extended manufacturer support, including subscriptions, to Veeam solutions.
The Contractor will demonstrate that during the last 5 (five) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature, each with a value of not less than 40 000 PLN gross (40 thousand PLN gross) separately for each delivery. A similar supply should be understood to mean the supply of extended manufacturer support, including subscriptions, to Broadcom solutions.

Zamawiający wymaga, aby wadium wniesione zostało przed upływem terminu składania ofert i utrzymane zostało nieprzerwanie do dnia upływu terminu związania ofertą, z wyjątkiem z wyjątkiem przypadków, o których mowa w art. 98 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 oraz ust. 2 ustawy Pzp.
Dla Części I - w wysokości 5 000 zł brutto (pięć tysięcy złotych brutto).
