Purchase of proprietary (custom-developed) software for radiotherapy planning for educational purposes for 10 simultaneous users as part of project FERS.04.15-IP-004/26 for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology - Branch in Gliwice

1.The subject of this order is the purchase of software of the radiation therapy planning system for educational purposes for 10 simultaneous users within the FERS.04.15-IP-004/26 project for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology - the State Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are given in the following annexes:

1. Description of the order – Annex No 2 to the WWZ,
2. Product-price specification – Annex No 3 to the WWZ,
3. The draft provisions of the agreement to be inserted into the content of the agreement – Annex 9 to the WWZ. 3.The subject is implemented under the project: "Optimisation of the implementation of radiation treatment by developing and providing standardised tools and specialised training" supported by the European Funds for Social Development Programme Priority FERS.04 Social cohesion and health Action 04.15 Effective and resilient health care system FERS.04.15-IP.07-004/26. Grant Agreement No: FERS.04.15-IP.07-0004/26/27/2026/583 4.The time limit for binding the tender shall be: 90 days. The time limit for the submission of tenders shall begin with the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. That day shall be the first day of the time limit for fixing the offer. This means that the time limit for binding the tender expires on 28.02.2027. 5.Term of performance of the subject of the order: up to 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6. Criteria for evaluation of offers: Price 100%, according to WWZ records. 7. The Contracting Authority in this tender procedure will apply the procedure laid down in Article 139(1) of the Act on Public Procurement.
