Purchase of public transport information system in Rybnik

1. For the purposes of participation in the procedure concerning technical or professional capacity, no capacity levels have been defined on the basis of the implementing rules issued to the Public Procurement Certification Act. The Contracting Authority therefore sets the condition on its own. The contractor shall comply with the condition if he demonstrates that he has completed during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the business is shorter - during that period at least one delivery consisting in the provision of an information system supporting the management of public transport for the city, which at 31 December of the year in which the delivery was completed and received, had not less than 50,000 inhabitants according to the data of the Central Statistical Office or the public transport network operated by them less than 45 buses in traffic. 2. In a situation where the Contractor relies on the experience of the Contractors' Group of which he was a member (e.g. the Consortium), the experience will be assessed according to the specific scope of his participation, and thus his actual contribution to the conduct of the activities which were required of that Group as part of a public contract shown to confirm the fulfilment of the condition of participation in the procedure. 3. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, none of them may be excluded under Article 108(1) of the Act. 4. Fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure by Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract will be verified by the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 117(2) and (3) of the Act.
