Technical or professional capacity: The contractor must demonstrate that during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of operation is shorter - during that period, he has duly carried out a maximum of three deliveries of servers or network equipment, or of arrays or tape libraries or mixed deliveries containing elements for one entity in 12 calendar months with a total value of at least PLN 1 000 000,00. The professional capacity of entities acting jointly will be assessed together for all entities. The list of personal evidence which the contractor submits to the contracting authority to confirm that the conditions for participation in the procedure are met are set out in Chapter 11(3) of the Code of Conduct.
