1. Lot 1Części I - Dostawa infrastruktury sprzętowej oraz oprogramowania do wirtualizacji

   Subject matter of the contract for Part I referred to in paragraph 4.1.1. SWZ includes supplies of hardware infrastructure and virtualization software included in Annex No 1. OPZ, including: . 1. As part of the guaranteed order the Contractor will purchase: 1.1. Calculation servers type A – 14 pcs 1.2. Tyb B-Arbiter server - 2 pcs 1.3. Production Matrix All-Flash NVMe -2 pcs 1.4. Backup Matrix – HDD – 2 pcs 1.5. SAN switches — Fibre Channel 64G – 4 pcs 1.6. LTO Tape Libraries – 2 pcs 1.7. Virtualization software 1.8. Implementation, configuration and migration services 1.9. Practical workshops for PFRON 2 administrators. As part of the optional order, the Purchaser will purchase: 2.1. Servers type A – Calculation – 6 pcs 2.2. Production Matrix All-Flash NVMe – 2 pcs 2.3. Virtualization Software 3. As part of the implementation of the Subject-matter of the contract for Part I, the Contractor shall also undertake: 3.1. to implement the delivered solutions in accordance with the guidelines of the Contracting Authority set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Where an equivalent solution is provided, implementation shall take place on the basis of the principles described in Annex 1 to the SCI. The contractor will prepare the implementation documentation 3.2. The contractor shall conduct stationary workshops from the solution provided to the Customer in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. The solutions provided under the Subject-matter of the contract for Part I will be covered by the Contractor's warranty in accordance with Appendix 3 to the SWZ - PPU Paragraph 17 5. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the conditions of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor for Part I includes the OPC - which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ and the Designed Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter PPU for Part I) - which is Annex No 3 to the SWZ.

2. Lot 2Części II Dostawa infrastruktury sieciowej

   PLN 2.9m · 18 months

   1. Przedmiot zamówienia dla Części II, o którym mowa w ust 4.1.2. obejmuje dostawy infrastruktury sieciowej, ujętych w Załączniku nr 1A OPZ, w tym: 1.1. dostawy fizycznych urządzeń i fizycznych elementów infrastruktury sieciowej oraz oprogramowania ujętych w OPZ, 1.2. świadczenia usług Asysty Technicznej i Konserwacji dla dostarczonego sprzętu i oprogramowania (dalej jako „ATiK”) w zakresie i w sposób opisany Umową i OPZ. 2. W ramach realizacji Przedmiotu zamówienia dla Części II Wykonawca zobowiązuje się także: 2.1. wdrożyć dostarczone rozwiązania zgodnie z wytycznymi Zamawiającego określonymi w Załączniku nr 1A do SWZ 2.2. przygotować i dostarczyć dokumentację powdrożeniową zgodnie z zapisami w Załącznika nr 1A do SWZ 2.3. przeprowadzić warsztaty zdalnie lub w siedzibie Zamawiającego z dostarczonego rozwiązania dla 5 pracowników Zamawiającego zgodnie z zapisami w Załącznika nr 1A do SWZ. 3 Rozwiązania dostarczone w ramach Przedmiotu zamówienia dla Części II zostaną objęte przez Wykonawcę gwarancją zgodnie z zapisami Załącznika nr 3A do SWZ – PPU Paragraf 18, 4 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, warunki realizacji oraz obowiązki Wykonawcy dla Części II- zawiera OPZ stanowiący załącznik nr 1 A do SWZ oraz Projektowane Postanowienia Umowy (dalej PPU dla Części II) stanowiące Załącznik nr 3A do SWZ.
