What the buyer wants
The subject of the Order is: 1. activation for the Central Company Port Communication Sp. o.o. in the EPS (Public Sector Programme) formula for 36 months subscription: - Bentley MicroStation software, including support or equivalent software, - Bentley OpenRail software, including support or equivalent software, - Bentley OpenRoads software, including support or equivalent software, - delivery of required Bentley Infrastructure Cloud Projectwise licenses, including support or equivalent software; - 2. provision of Maintenance and Service Support services during the contract period, described in Chapter 6 of the OPZ; - 3. access to the tools and components available under the EPS programme, which are offered by the manufacturer as additional unpaid tools to be used by the Ordering Party without restrictions on use.
Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest: 1. aktywacja dla Spółki Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. o.o. w formule EPS (Program dla Sektora Publicznego) na 36 miesięcy subskrypcji: - oprogramowania Bentley MicroStation, wraz ze wsparciem lub oprogramowanie równoważne, - oprogramowania Bentley OpenRail, wraz ze wsparciem lub oprogramowanie równoważne, - oprogramowania Bentley OpenRoads, wraz ze wsparciem lub oprogramowanie równoważne, - dostarczenie wymaganych licencji Bentley Infrastructure Cloud Projectwise, wraz ze wsparciem lub oprogramowanie równoważne; 2. świadczenie usług Utrzymania oraz Wsparcia Serwisowego w okresie obowiązywania umowy, opisane w rozdziale 6 OPZ; 3. dostęp do narzędzi i komponentów dostępnych w ramach programu EPS, pozostających w ofercie producenta jako narzędzia dodatkowe nieodpłatne do wykorzystania przez Zamawiającego bez ograniczeń w zakresie użytkowania. Prawo opcji: prace rozwojowe w wymiarze 600 roboczogodzin, obejmujące m.in. konfigurację, dostosowanie, optymalizację oraz rozwój środowiska systemowego zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonych w OPZ.
