Purchase of technical support service provided by the Contractor based on Cisco SMARTNet for network equipment operating within the National Data Network for the purposes of operating the 112 emergency number (OST 112)

The Contractor may apply for a contract, who is not excluded and fulfils the conditions for participation in the proceedings concerning: technical or professional capacity, i.e. performance within three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and, if the period of business is shorter, during that period: at least 2 (two) services consisting in the provision of a post-guarantee service for network equipment in the 8x5xNBD regime not less than 12 months, the value of which was not less than PLN 1 000 000,00 gross each. The contracting authority shall, before selecting the most favourable tender, require the contractor to submit, within a specified period of time, not less than 10 days, valid on the date of the submission of the following evidence to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure: a list of services performed, confirming compliance with the condition laid down in Chapter VIII(1) of the SWI, and, in the case of interim or continuous benefits also performed, within the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and, if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, with the indication of their value, the subject matter, the dates of performance and the entities to whom the services have been carried out, and with the addition of evidence of whether those services have been performed or are performed duly.
