1. The Contractor may apply for the contract, who is not excluded and fulfils the following conditions for participation in the procedure, concerning: 1.1 technical or professional capacity, i.e.: performance within a period of three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, at least 2 (two) services consisting in the provision of a service/maintenance fax server with a value of at least PLN 600,000.00 gross.

Note: For Contractors jointly applying for a contract The Contracting Authority requires that it is one of the Contractors who fulfils the condition of delivery (i.e. that at least one of the Contracting Authority's contractors must fulfil this condition in their entirety).

  1. Przystępując do przetargu, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest wnieść wadium, zaznaczając cel wpłaty, w wysokości dwudziestu tysięcy złotych.
  2. Wadium może być wnoszone według wyboru Wykonawcy w jednej lub kilku następujących formach:
  1. pieniądzu;
  2. gwarancjach bankowych;
  3. gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych;
  4. poręczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 98).
  5. Wadium wnoszone w pieniądzu Wykonawca wpłaca przelewem na podany niżej rachunek bankowy Zamawiającego (dokument potwierdzający dokonanie powyższej operacji Wykonawca winien dołączyć do oferty): Komenda Główna Policji Narodowy Bank Polski O/O Warszawa 07 1010 1010 0071 2613 9120 0000 z dopiskiem wadium - nr sprawy 244/BŁiI/26/KK
  6. Jeżeli wadium jest wnoszone w formie gwarancji lub poręczenia, o których mowa w ust. 2 pkt 2–4, Wykonawca przekazuje Zamawiającemu oryginał gwarancji lub poręczenia, w postaci elektronicznej.
  7. Wadium wnosi się przed upływem terminu składania ofert i utrzymuje nieprzerwanie do dnia upływu terminu związania ofertą, z wyjątkiem przypadków, o których mowa w art. 98 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 oraz ust. 2 Pzp.
  8. Zamawiający zwraca wadium niezwłocznie, nie później jednak niż w terminie 7 dni od dnia wystąpienia jednej z okoliczności:
  1. upływu terminu związania ofertą;
  2. zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego;
  3. unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, z wyjątkiem sytuacji gdy nie zostało rozstrzygnięte odwołanie na czynność unieważnienia albo nie upłynął termin do jego wniesienia.
  4. Zamawiający, niezwłocznie, nie później jednak niż w terminie 7 dni od dnia złożenia wniosku zwraca wadium Wykonawcy:
  1. który wycofał ofertę przed upływem terminu składania ofert;
  2. którego oferta została odrzucona;
  3. po wyborze najkorzystniejszej oferty, z wyjątkiem Wykonawcy, którego oferta została wybrana jako najkorzystniejsza; 4)
