What the buyer wants

1. The subject of the order is,,,Buy Veeam licenses or equivalents". 2. Detailed Description The subject of the order is specified in SWZ Part III Description of the order and in IV Part SWZ (PPU). 3. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to lodge a deposit. 4. The Contracting Authority shall not require Contractors to lodge a security for the proper performance of the contract. 5. The Contracting Authority does not provide and reserves the right to exercise the option in this proceeding. 6. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial offers. 7. This contract is a contract awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 8. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variants. 9. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to submit with the offer the evidence in question. (10) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the addition of the evidence referred to in Article 107(2) of Law No 11. The Contracting Authority does not envisage a pre-offer meeting with the Contractors. 12. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an electronic auction as referred to in Articles 227 to 238 of the Act Pzp. 13. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, except in the case referred to in Article 261 of Law No 15. The Contracting Authority shall allow subcontractors to participate in the execution of the contract. 15.1. In the case of the participation of subcontractors in the performance of the contract, in accordance with Article 462(2) of the Pzp Act, the Contractor shall require the Contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which he intends to assign to the subcontractors and the names of subcontractors' companies (if known). 15.2. entrusting the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from responsibility for the due performance of the contract. 16. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key tasks concerning the performance of the order. 17. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for individual Contractors to perform their personal performance by jointly seeking the award of the key tasks concerning the performance of the contract. 18. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to employ the persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act Pzp. 19. Since the activities carried out by persons designated for the performance of a public contract do not consist in the provision of work within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, The Contracting Authority shall not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons under contract. 20. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the requirements relating to the performance of the order referred to in the provision 96(1) of the Act Pzp. 21. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the requirements and requirements related to the execution of the order, as referred to in rule 101 section 1 of the Act of Pzp. 22. GDPR - Information clause contained in the SWZ. 23. The Contracting Authority does not provide that in the procedure in question it will grant advances for performance of the contract. 24. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation for the Contractor to carry out a local vision and to verify by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the order available on site from the Contracting Authority.
