   The acquisition involves a quality and control information system for the social, health and rescue industries of the City of Helsinki, which is provided by the selected supplier. The aim of the acquisition is to create an integrated, user-driven and quality information system supporting quality of service production, as well as control, serving employees, managers and managers, as well as support and maintenance services. The need to develop an integrated system of aggregated supervisory information and to support its systematic use in management and decision-making is a necessary and objective. The amended legislation, in particular the law on social and health care supervision (741 / 2023), requires better quality, consistency and reporting of supervisory information. The system package to be procured includes the following architectural, functional and supported modules: - A set of quality and control (Surveillance tool) - Information sections, including malfunctions, incidents and incidents, and a set of serious incidents - A set of social and patient interests - Medical authorisation management.
