Remote sharing of an automatic messaging system and a service supporting the management of SMS messages from central systems of the National Tax Administration

The subject of the contract is the remote provision of an automatic messaging system and a service supporting the management of SMS messages from the central systems of the National Tax Administration. 2. The Contracting Authority requires, in the performance of the subject of the contract, that the Contracting Authority, among others: - made available to the Contracting Authority a service allowing mass sending - up to 33,330 000 SMSs (say: thirty-three million, three hundred and thirty thousand), messages that are text messages from the Contracting Authority's IT systems, hereinafter referred to as the System, to recipients within all mobile networks in the country, operating at the time of the contract and generated during the contract period, as defined below: (a) Standard SMS – SMS text message with its own sender field effectively transmitted to mobile network operators within a maximum of 30 sec. (SMPP protocol uses default value of priority flag parameter – value 0), (b) Priority SMS (authorisation) – SMS message with its own sender field effectively transmitted to mobile network operators within a maximum of 5 sec. (increased priority in the SMPP protocol – priority flag – value 2). The number of priority SMSes will be up to 50% of all SMSes sent. 3. Detailed description of the subject-matter of the order includes the Designed provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to the WWZ.
