Remote sharing of an automatic messaging system for sending SMS messages to foreign and national mobile numbers and a service supporting the management of messages from central systems of the National Tax Administration

1. The subject of the contract is the remote provision of an automatic SMS system to foreign and national mobile numbers and a service supporting the management of SMS messages from central systems of the National Tax Administration. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that, as part of the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority, among others: 1) makes available to the Contracting Authority a service allowing mass sending - up to 9,864,000 SMSs (say: nine million eight hundred sixty-four thousand), i.e. messages that are text messages from the Contracting Authority's IT systems, hereinafter referred to as the System, to recipients within all foreign and national mobile networks operating at the time of the contract and created during the contract period, 2) makes available to the Contracting Authority the Service (access to the Electronic Customer Service Office; access to the client application via the secure web page – encryption of data using the SSL protocol) supporting the management of SMS messages from the Ordering Systems, 3) provides the Service independently (private account) access to the Customer application using the secure web page (encryption of data using the SSL protocol), available for at least 20 users after logging in (submiting the individual login and password), 4) has made it possible to verify the status of providing messages by the https protocol, initiating the application without having to log in. 3. The estimated number of text messages sent in the basic order is 9,864,000 SMS, including: (a) national SMS [STREFA 1] - 3,024,000. (b) foreign SMS - 6,840.000, including: - for Ukrainian mobile numbers [STREFA 2] - 4,6800,000, - for Russian and Belarusian mobile numbers [STREFA 3] - 1,200,000, - for EU mobile numbers (excluding Poland) [STREFA 4] - 730 000, - for mobile numbers from other countries of the world [STREFA 5] - 230 000. 4. Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract includes the Designed provisions of the contract - Appendix 2 to the WWZ.
