Renewal OpenText environment

The client operates a central OpenText environment consisting of the product areas Identity Manager (IDM), Open Enterprise Server (OES) and ZENworks Configuration Management (ZCM). The systems are essential components of permission management, user management, server infrastructure and client and endpoint management. The subject of the tender is the provision of the necessary software maintenance, maintenance and manufacturer support services including the extension of the existing usage and support authorizations for the OpenText products used over the contract period. At the time of tender, the environment includes in particular: IDM - 2475 Identity Manager Advanced Edition - 2.778 Identity Manager Integration Module for Tools - 519 Identity Manager Advanced Edition Inactive OES - 1641 OES User - 750 OES Limited User ZCM - 1,450 managed devices including - ZENworks Patch Management - ZENworks Configuration Management - ZENworks Endpoint Security Management - ZENworks Asset Management The stated quantities serve as orientation and may change during the contract period. In addition to the renewal and support services, the client should be given the opportunity to call up further support and consulting services on the basis of an offered daily rate if necessary. This includes in particular error analysis, manufacturer escalations, configuration adjustments, support for updates and upgrades, technical consulting services and other services directly related to the existing OpenText environment. The aim of the tender is to ensure the trouble-free and economical operation of the existing OpenText system landscape as well as the needs-based support of the client by qualified specialist staff during the entire contract period.
