What the buyer wants
The subject of the order is the delivery of software updates for three Ansys STK Premium Space licenses and three Ansys ODTK licenses along with technical support. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract Contractor:
- The Contractor will provide an update of the software to the Contractor in the form of: - 3 TECS licenses for 3 Ansys STK Premium Space licenses; - 3 TECS licenses for 3 Ansys Orbit Determination Tool Kit licenses.
- As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: Technical Enhancements and Customer Support, hereinafter referred to as ‘TECS’, for three ANSYS STK Premium Space licenses and three ANSYS Orbit Determination Tool Kits with a one-year term from the expiry date of the service, i.e. from 31.12.2026 for a period of 12 months: from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The contractor will provide support to users of the Software (e-mail/Helpdesk) according to the scope of the TECS service to access the latest version of the software and technical support.

2. Criterion 2 — Term of delivery of the licence — ‘T’ — 40%: The subject matter of the contract shall be completed within 10 calendar days of the date of conclusion of the contract, but not later than 21 December 2026, provided that the delivery of the licence takes place within 7 days of the date of conclusion of the contract. Under Criterion 2 , the Contracting Authority will grant additional points according to the Contractor 's declaration to shorten the deadline for the delivery of the TECS . The Contracting Authority shall grant points in Criterion 2 as follows: (a) for the absence of a declaration of shortening the delivery of a TECS licence and the performance of the delivery of a licence within no more than 7 days of the date of conclusion of the contract – the Contracting Authority shall grant 0 points; (b) for the declaration of shortening the delivery of a TECS licence and the execution of the delivery of a licence within no more than 5 days, from the conclusion of the contract – the Contracting Authority shall grant 10 points; (c) for the declaration of shortening the delivery of a TECS licence and for the performance of the delivery of a licence within no more than 4 days, after the conclusion of the contract - The Contracting Authority shall grant 20 points;; (d) for declaring the shortening of the delivery time of the TECS licence and the delivery of the licence within no more than 3 days from the conclusion of the contract - The Contracting Authority shall …
