What the buyer wants
The contracting entity shall conclude distribution partnerships for the marketing of its products outside its carriers. These are not exclusive, but in principle possible for all interested and qualified market participants. Dataport’s AI products are designed to meet the specific requirements of public administration.
The offer includes various products and services including administrative assistants based on generative AI (e.g. LLMoin), products for speech recognition and transcription (e.g. dSprachKI), products for automated mail processing as well as generic services that can be used by customers (e.g. AI models). The aim is to position Dataport’s AI products in the market through independent sales activities of the sales partner.
The Contracting Parties shall each act as independent contractors, acting under their own responsibility and shall only coordinate within the framework of sales cooperation.
