What the buyer wants

The Leibniz FLI intends to introduce an integrated ERP standard software to support its commercial and administrative processes as well as their provision at least with technical operational support. A software-as-a-service solution is intended as a target image; Assignment is not exclusively limited to SaaS. The solution is designed to meet the requirements of a publicly funded research facility and replace existing ERP procedures.

The scope of services includes in particular financial accounting and asset accounting, household and budget management, procurement and material management, cost and performance accounting/controlling, third-party funding and project management and reporting. Functions shall be provided on an integrated data and process basis.

The contract includes fine design, set-up and parameterisation, data migration, interfaces to the relevant surrounding systems, tests, training, operational readiness, support for production set-up and stabilisation, and technical operational support. SaaS operation, maintenance, updates, support and regulated services at the end of the contract.

The technical data cleaning is the responsibility of the contractor; the technical adjustment is carried out by the FLI. the procurement of an HR system is not subject to the procedure; Required interfaces to the HR system are part of the ERP range of services.
