The bidder must submit the self-declaration of certification completed by the partner program of the manufacturer Cisco with the classification "Gold" (file "Self-declaration certification V2") or an equivalent certification with his offer. In the case of a grouping of tenderers, each member of the grouping of tenderers shall submit the declaration in the appropriate form

The presentation of at least one (1) suitable reference from the last three years (deleted date "Expiration of the Offer Period"), for the requirement (A) described below, presentation of at least one (1) suitable reference from the last three years (Deleted date "Expiration of the Offer Period"), for the requirement (C) described below. Manufacturer subscription in an environment with a number of at least 70,000 users, (B) maintenance of secure web gateway/HTTP virus scanner systems from manufacturer Cisco with the services of service hotline, support services for product-specific problems and the exchange of defective secure web gateway/HTTP virus scanner systems, (C) service for integration consulting, installation, configuration and commissioning of web gateway solutions in an environment with a number of at least 70,000 users in complex data center network infrastructures. The requirements (A), (B) and (C) can each be demonstrated with a separate reference project per requirement (example: a reference project of the tenderer meets requirement (A), but not requirements (B) and (C). A further reference project of the bidder meets the requirement (B), but not the requirements (A) and (C). And another reference project of the bidder meets the requirement (C), but not the requirements (A) and (B). A total of three reference forms shall then be submitted. The requirements (A), (B) and (C) can also be proven with a reference project (example: a reference project of the tenderer already meets the requirements (A), (B) and (C)). Only one reference form must be submitted. The requirements (A), (B) and (C) can each be demonstrated with separate reference projects for several requirements (example: one reference project of the tenderer meets the requirement (A), another one meets the requirements (B) and (C)). A total of two reference forms shall then be submitted. The minimum technical and professional capacity requirements laid down must be met. Undertakings which do not meet this minimum requirement are not suitable for contract performance and are excluded from the procurement procedure. (File "References") Finally, the name of the declarant shall be indicated in the reference template.

Minimum Requirement: Total turnover of the company with a minimum turnover of 5,000,000.00 euros (net) per year in the last three completed financial years corresponding to the date of incorporation or the date of commencement of activity of the company (file "Turnover Statement"). The minimum economic and financial capacity requirement must be met. Undertakings which do not meet this minimum requirement are not suitable for contract performance and are excluded from the procurement procedure.
