What the buyer wants
The subject of this framework contract is the assignment, if necessary, of IT services of the contractor for the maintenance, support, maintenance and further development of the network infrastructure of ÜSTRA on the scale of a Metroethernet. Included are the network components and systems of the manufacturers EXTREME Networks, Hirschmann, LANCOM and Macmon as RADIUS solution, which are specified in more detail in Appendix No. 1.1.
The contractor supports ÜSTRA in 2nd-level support and takes over the 3rd-level support in coordination and cooperation with the respective manufacturer. The services are provided on demand and on request of the customer, as far as nothing different results from this contract, its annexes or an individual call.
